Refund policy

Each piece is made to order and hence we generally do not accept return/exchange. Exchanges and returns will not be accepted for any custom order. Exchange is acceptable only if the product is defective or a wrong item/size was shipped. To get a better understanding of your size you can refer to our size chart or contact us at +917838309796.  If you wish to exchange a piece, please send us a mail within 5 Days of receiving your order. Courier charges for exchanges will be borne by the customer.

Once the exchange is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item or get in touch with us.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
